Memorial Service to be held at Worcester Cold Storage Fire site

The Worcester Firefighters Memorial Safety and Survival Seminar invites all of us to be part of the "Remembrance Wall" at the site of the Worcester Cold Storage Fire of December 3, 1999, to be held the evening of December 3, 2008. This tribute will honor the sacrifice of our brothers and will be constructed from funds raised exclusively from firefighters. The Safety Seminar has commissioned sculptor Brian Hanlon to create a lasting memorial we firefighters can be proud of.

As member of the Fire Engineering community I know you do not need me to tell you how important it is that we support Brother John Sullivan and all the Worcester brothers and sisters to get this done. Our brothers and sisters there need about fifteen grand to pay off the debt before the dedication.

Please do what you can; we will always honor what those brave six men did that night. John is a member in here if you want to contact him to find out how else you can help. If you are in the area this has to be the greatest value in training ever John, Butch, Mickey, John Tripp, and Mike any one of these guys alone is worth twice the price.

Our final fundraising efforts consist of the events listed below, culminating with the Dedication of the "Remembrance Wall" on December 3, 2008
