The U.S. Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality: NH

It is in great sadness, that we as a Brotherhood, post the 28th Line Of Duty Death for 2016 from the United States Fire Administration. Fellow Brother Firefighter-AEMT Douglas A. Clement has made the ultimate sacrifice in love for their fellow man. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family, friends and our Brothers & Sisters with the New Hampton Fire Department.

Incident Description: Fewer than 24 hours following participation in motor vehicle extrication and rescue training at the fire department, Firefighter-AEMT Clement experienced a medical emergency at his residence. Firefighter-AEMT Clement was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to a reported heart attack.
