It is in great sadness that we as a Brotherhood post the 9th Line Of Duty Death for 2013 from the United States Fire Administration. Fellow Brother Firefighter Chris Brown has made the ultimate sacrifice in love for his fellow man. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family, friends and members of the Hudson Community Fire Protection District.

Incident Description: Firefighter Brown was working with other responders on a multiple vehicle accident on Interstate 39 when a southbound semi-tractor trailer lost control and slid into the accident scene killing Brown and injuring several others. Investigation into the fatal accident continues.
