Tomasz Kaczowka, a 9-1-1 Dispatcher who was off duty serving as a WW Volunteer Firefighter.
BOTH INJURED FIREFIGHTERS: Theodore Scardino and Joseph Hofsetter, are in guarded condition with very significant injuries. Hofsetter was an off duty City of Rochester Firefighter. Cops say that one or more shooters fired at the Firefighters when they arrived shortly after 0530 at the fire near the Lake Ontario shore, just east of Rochester.
