It is in great sadness that we as a Brotherhood post the 23rd Line Of Duty Death in 2012 from the United States Fire Administration. Fellow Brother Firefighter & Captain David Bailey has made the ultimate sacrifice in love for their fellow man. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family and members of the LACo Fire Department.

Incident Description: Captain Bailey suffered a fatal medical emergency while engaged in physical fitness activities at Los Angeles County Fire Department Camp 14 in Santa Clarita.

Funeral Arrangements: Pending
