Incident Description: Lieutenant Eleam fell ill during routine SCBA training at the firehouse. Eleam was treated and taken to Mercy Hospital by the fire company's EMS unit. After being admitted to the hospital, Lieutenant Eleam's condition rapidly deteriorated and he passed away from a cause still to be determined.
