Where firefighters come to talk training

I was wondering how other departments educate their personnel on fire behavior. I use to do the old boring essentials slides but these were pretty worthless. In February I started a new hybrid program that combined a lot of different ideas. It seemed that our personnel now have a better understanding of the pre cursors. Which in my opinion is what matters. Who cares if they know what a back draft looks like if they are in any type of extreme fire behavior I pray they can come tell me about it. Teach them what to look for before it is too late. Let me know what you think.
