That title is so true to the fire service.I mean let’s think about it. Probie school, we are told wear all your turnouts, how to wear them etc. Yet the same guys telling the probies this are wearing SCBA's without the waist straps on. You know I recall seeing a Paul Combs picture of a news lady showing the one thing that went wrong. And theres always firefighters dogging the news for ridiculing fire departments for mishaps on the fire seane.Yet I can find lots of Youtube videos where firefighters are bashing departments for the same things that news crews point out. - Chris started into the fire service in 2002 as an explorer. And is currently a firefighter out of station 2, with the Falmouth Fire Department. In 2012 he was selected to be apart of a Underwriters Lab study regarding exterior fire spread and attic fires. Chris started writing for Fire Engineerings Blog Network in September of 2012 and had a series of articles regarding barn fires published by Fire Engineering in 2012.

Are we any different than the news crews
You know I recall seeing a Paul Combs picture of a news lady showing the one thing that went wrong. And theres always firefighters dogging the news for ridiculing fire departments for mishaps on the fire seane.
Yet I can find lots of Youtube videos where firefighters are bashing departments for the same things that news crews point out. In short we are doing the same thing that the news crews are doing!
