Great info Chief. Read it the other day.

Excersize and pushing away from the meal table have never been more important. Plus the need for more in-depth tests done on us.

Firefighting stiffens arteries, impairs heart.

Firefighting causes stiff arteries and “cardiac fatigue,” conditions also found in weightlifters and endurance athletes, according to two recent studies by researchers at the Illinois Fire Service Institute (IFSI), located at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
