Video Conferencing System

Does anyone out there use video conferencing systems to conduct training with other stations/departments?

If you do, what manufacturer do you have?

Does it work?

Do you like it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Company Officer Training Program - Please help!!

I am looking for information about your Company Officer Training Program. Specifically, I am looking for your WRITTEN program. It seems like everyone has a "program", but nothing on paper. My lieutenant has been charged with developing a program and I'm trying to give him a hand.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Yeah I know Shane. We've lost touch the last couple of years, but he's good people and a hell of a fireman.
