Bio:
Mike Daley has spent over 23 years in the fire service, and has held many officer positions in both career and volunteer departments. He is currently working as a Lieutenant and Training Officer with the Monroe Township (NJ) Fire District #3, and is an Instructor with the Middlesex County (NJ) Fire Academy, where he is responsible for Rescue Training Curriculum development. Mike is also serving as a Rescue Officer with the New Jersey Task Force 1, Urban Search and Rescue Team.

Mike's educational experiences include an extensive background in Fire Suppression, Technical Rescue, Emergency Medical Training, and Fire Prevention studies. He also holds multiple degrees in Business Management and Public Safety Administration.

Mike is also the Managing Member for Fire Service Performance Concepts, LLC, a consulting corporation that provides asssistance and support to fire departments with their training programs and course development. Additionally, Mike has been a lecturer at many fire service training venues, such as FDIC, FDIC East, FDIC West, Firehouse Expo, Firehouse Central, and Reno Fire Tech.

Everything is well since going back to the line. I am at Engine 5 and loving life. Now I can still be involved in training but not have to be worried about the paperwork. A lot less headaches too.
I've been busy with some firefighter one and other classes. Looks like a busy spring. Stay well.
