Bio:
I am a second generation firefighter. I started my fire service career with the Pontiac, IL Fire Department in 1994. I worked as volunteer with the Pontiac Fire Department until 2001 when I was hired fulltime. In 2008 I was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. I have served as the department's training officer since 2005.

I am a field staff instructor for the Illinois Fire Service Institute were I have instructed for the recruit academy and in the RIT Under Fire Program.

I am the President of Fire Training Resources www.firetrainingresources.net.
