Kipp's "Chicken Al Carbon"

Ingredients: 4 chicken leg quarters or 8 thighs1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup fresh lime juice4 garlic cloves crushed2 tsp ground cumin4 tsp smoked Spanish paprika1/2 tsp crushed dried oregano5 tbs red chili powder6 tbs olive oil2 limes cut into wedges Cooking Directions: Blend soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder and oil in blender.
