Where firefighters come to talk training

I just finished Blink for the second time. I read the book when it first came out and I found myself often thinking about many of the things Gladwell wrote about as I was conducting some research on training and learning. I believe this is beneficial reading for fire service trainers and decision makers. Gladwell talks about decision making, stress and a variety of other theories about the conscious and unconscious mind. I found his book to be very thought provoking and directly applicable to the fire service. He even speaks of a few situations involving firefighters.

I'm a huge Gladwell fan! Check out his earlier book "Tipping Point" as well. Good stuff...

Have you read "Crew Resource Management"?
I have read Crew Resource Management and I have Tipping Point but have not started it yet. Good stuff.
