Where firefighters come to talk training

Wondering if you guys could get me an outline or something from the class at FDIC, looking to pass the info on in our RIT ops classes up in Tomahawk where I am a RIT Instructor. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. My email is Kevinmoeller@new.rr.com

Kevin,

Which class did you attend at FDIC? There is a chapter on RIT and air management in our book. One of the first things we will advocate is that your RIT team should not run low, or out, or air. Their job is to INCREASE the survivability of the mayday firefighter. They must not go beyond the point of no return and become part of the problem instead of part of the solution.

I attended Mike's class "All hell breaks loose, then your out of air". Thank you, I will definitely be emphasizing that point of no return, I like the phrase he used that the last 25 % of air in your tank is your wife's air. I think that definitely drives home the point. Mike also did comment back to me already. Thanks for your input.
