Bio:
I'm 25 years old, I started out in the fire service as an explorer with the Fort Wayne Fire Department Explorer Program. When I got to my senior year of high school I was involved in a Co-op program in high school called I.C.E. which got me started with my local Fire Department a few days a week, with a set curriculum. After graduation I joined the department, began actively seeking classes, and obtained my Basic EMT. In may of 2006 I became a full time firefighter with my local department. I have met numerous people who have helped to encourage me in the fire service and I strive to pass that on as much as possible. My Dad and Grandpa were both volunteer firefighters and that is what drove me to this awesome profession. I look up to my Grandpa everyday...and hope I can be as knowledgeable as him someday. My brother is also an active firefighter which makes us the best and worst friends at times...but I wouldn't change that a bit.

Please allow me to invite you to the group called Unique HazMat Incidents. I will be presenting this at 2009 FDIC and would love to hear some of your thoughts. We are currently talking about some real interesting issues.

G********,

We have created a site for responders run exclusively by responders... It is a place with great fellowship on the good days and solid and confidential support when the "bad call" happens. As a Chaplain of over 25 years we wanted a place that responders could come and receive the support for traumatic events with trained CISM responders and more.

Please join our site and invite your friends, too
