We don't have that many high-rise jobs but it is our policy that we will not use the elevator unless it has phase II. It means we get to hoof it more often but do to our lack of experience we just don't know enough to work other wise. I have forwarded your name to a member of the High-Rise committee. I have received training from you numerous times at the MFA and have purchased your book, which I found very good. Once in awhile I take my company out and we practice phase I and II operations but we are limited after that. Any pointers of how to expand elevator training?
