Where firefighters come to talk training

Leaders: Why should we expect to retain the quality people we have if we don't give them a reason to stay? Your people are your most valued asset - train them, motivate them, and give them the gift of fulfillment that only the fire service can give! If not, then don't be surprised when you're overcome by the tsunami of poorly trained and motivated troops!

Merry Christmas, Everyone!!!

Another great illustration. For most firefighters, consistent training is as close as they get to the "real thing" and when the "real thing" occurs they will be prepared. This is a major "firefighter life safety" issue and thanks for bringing this to the forefront.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Note: A few folks have asked about larger version of my work. If you click on the artwork itself, you'll get a 850 pixel wide image that will show more detail.
