Is Your Relationship with the Organization Status Quo?

As I reflect back over the years in my career there is one lesson I remember that resinates from my mentors, "If you put the organization first, then your wants and ambitions will soon follow. The Gift

You have been given a gift... your life is a gift, your talents are gifts, your knowledge is a gift, your fire service affiliation is a gift, your fire service abilities are gifts and your ability to care for people is a gift. I have to ask just how passionate are you about these gifts?
