I am looking for any information about setting up a quality assurance program for our HazMat team. Criteria include : Sampling materials, incident management, monitoring, and testing materials.
We have SOP's that we follow, however, we are looking for in-house quality assurance greater than State guidelines.
We are looking to make our team more efficient and could really use some fresh ideas.

I am currently working on HazMat Placards to Success. These will be placards that display items to make all responders successful during a HazMat Incident. Feel free to pass me some info if you have something that you would like to be Placarded.
