Where firefighters come to talk training

Chalk Saw

I recently got hurt at work and place on limited duties; one of my assignments is to build a “Chalk Saw.”

Does anyone here belong to a dept that has a chalk saw and have a copy of the plans/"blueprints" to build one?

I’m mostly looking for the blueprints/plans, not just a picture of it.
