Fire Instructor Needs [Gaps]

What are the three (3) greatests issues/needs affecting you as a fire instructor?

1.) No Fire Training facility to do the needed evolutions for Firefighter I Training Series.

2.) No money to get the required supplies for simulations.

3.) Not enough Instructors to meet the requirements that are needed for the "Student to Instructor" ratios!

I was still able to put out a decent class, but I can only imagine what could happen if I had access to all that is required of us!
