Where firefighters come to talk training

I am looking for two videos to show to the recruit class that I am currently teaching, and was wondering if anyone can help me locate them. In particular, if anyone knows if they are published on the internet anywhere, that would be great.

One video that I am looking for deals with the Line of Duty Death of Engineer Mark Langvardt in Denver, CO on September 28, 1992 (The basis for the Denver Drill in RIT training). I have scene a video with actual fire footage and a narrative explaining the details of what happened at the fire. In doing some research, I saw that a VHS tape was published by the Denver FD called, The Mark Langvardt Fire, September 28, 1992. I am not sure if this is the video that I have previously viewed, but seems to be a step in the right direction. Anyone have any ideas on how to get a copy of this?

The other video clip that I am looking for pertains to the Hackensack Ford fire on July 1, 1998 and the details of the 5 firefighter killed. It also includes footage of a news conference held shortly after the fire with the Chief discussing the situation with the radios and past request for updated equipment. I believe that this may on a FETN video, but again, not 100% sure.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated, especially if you know if these clips are available anywhere on the web. Thank you.

Hey Tom ,

Try contacting Chief Goldfeder from FFCC, he is a wiz when it comes to this subject and getting information. If not he may be able to point you in the right direction. You might try contacting the FD's direct if you havent.

STAY SAFE !! Dennis
Thanks Dennis. I will try Billy G if I keep striking out. I did call the Denver Training Division yesterday and they are researching. Thanks for the leads.
