Brick, from what I can see in the clip, the Brothers did well in an ugly situation. Takes manpower, training, and well disciplined crews, be it an engine or truck company, to be able to throw ground ladders and keep calm under those conditions! That's our job Brother!
These guys did a good job, hard to say what I would do different if anything, not being there under their conditions. Only thing that really jumped out at me was maybe to place the ladder below the window of the rescue, but they may have had their reasons. Look at the smoke lapping out of the window she is sticking out of, notice the color and change in volume, what is this telling us?
