Why the standard differential pressure is 50pa? How they proof it?

Why can't it be 10pa, 20pa, 30pa or etc?

I don't know what it is that you are referring to, but I assume that it is a water pressure or hydraulic question. If you could tell us what it relates to we can answer it for you.
