make sure you know where your nozzle is aiming before you open. or better yet, know where your ranking officers are at all times.
Chief,
Never assume any call is "routine" even if you have been on the same AFA or gas leak, etc. One day, you will find out you were wrong! If you go home, it's a positive lesson.
