We serve 5 cities and are dispatched from a central point
We are looking into an in-service dispatcher training program aimed at going "back to the basics"
our dispatchers are civilians and recive no firefighter-type training

Anthony Avillo has posted a request for help and I suggested you. He is a good friend and is looking for information on training dispatchers. I told him I thought you were the best and could give him some guidance.
Are you going to start a communications group?
This group will focus on aggressive interior firefighting. We will address tactics that increase your chance of not getting jammed up and cover what actions to undertake if you do.We will cover some big issues as well as small tactical tips.
