What building construction book do you recommend? We use Brannigans and I cant say I particularly like it.

I am 34 years old and have been doing this for 13 years full time. I was recently promoted to Captain and volunteered for the administrative Training Captain position my Department created. I have had some experience running training in a smaller department and I definitely have a passion for it.
