Just wanted to thank you for the time you spent in Lacey for Captains College. Your candor and clear passion for the subject matter was greatly appreciated. There is no doubt in my mind that many of the tools I have gathered from that weekend will not go unused in furthering my career in the fire service and beyond. Thank you again and I sincerely look forward to the next time we meet. Take care, --M
Your recent Captain's College in Lacey Washington was attended by some of the firefighters from my dept. (as you well know). They had incredible things to say about the three days of intensive, information. Once specific comment was, "There is no way I could have covered some of the that information if it was not presented in such a passionate way".
Thanks for always putting your heart into what you are teaching. It shows that you truly do care about the future leaders of the fire service. Please pass on to your family a big thank you for letting us borrow some time.
PS- Have you taken all of your wet clothes out of the ziplocs?
Hey Chief how are things? We're having a FOOLS meeting Sat the 28th up here. If your still in town for Captains College we'd love to have you. Hope all is well on your end, take care brother.
Ed my City just took posession of a new Bronto truck from E-One this will be my cities first ever front line truck. I am looking for a good training program on Truck Company Operations for my guys. They will be our true first ever truck company. Thanks!
Thanks Ed for accepting my invite, unfortunately I am the "other" Frank Ricci, but I do enjoy his work and yours. Looking forward to interacting with you and sharing, thanks Brother!
Are you kidding? I'm never too busy for you boss! Things are going great and going busy. We just hired 18 new guys, and we are staying busy instructing and babysitting.
Things are good on the homefront as well, and speaking of Christmas cards, I was just thinking about getting those addresses in order.
E-mail me your new one, if you post it here, you will probably need to purchase 7 more fridges for posting surfaces come December!
Hey Ed...check your email when you get a chance. Also, I'll echo what Shane said...it's cooling off early here. Might wanna wear the Firetown "heavy denim" Do you even get to wear that when you're in SoCal?
We had a Great time in Clackamas. Thanks for putting it together again. Something is wrong with MM, he is not right in the head. You sent hime to us with no coin, Thank You.

It's great to see your face on the site! Hope things have been going well for you and the family. You were missed last month at the convention.
Keep in touch brother!
What's up boss? I added you as a friend to my page, and I'm glad to see you on here. It's really taking off.
