Bio:: I joined the Century Volunteer Fire Department in August of 1999. I was hired by Escambia County Fire-Rescue in January of 2000 received my minimum standards in April of that year. Shortly after that I completed my EMT certification. I worked as a FF/EMT for 8 years before being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, (our Company Officers), in April of 2008. I was assigned to an Engine Company in one of the rural area's of our county. In January of 2010 I was transfered to another Engine Company where we also cross-man a Hazmat Squad and a brush truck.
