Shawn,

My name is John Ortlund and I am with Park Ridge FD, a suburban Dept that borders Chicago. I am creating a Company Officer Development Program for our department. I am collecting data from other departments about their Officer Development Programs. Does St. Louis have such a program. If so can I get a copy?I am looking for input on areas like Formal Education, Practical Education, Mentorships, Candidate Evaluations. I would appreceiate all input. Please feel free to email me your ideas and information. Thank you, be safe. jortlund113@comcast.net
