I have bin in the fire service for 5 1/2 years iam a vol firefighter out of the most aggressive firehouse in are town STA 65-3 in union beach Nj in Monmouth co. . we live to go to fires the guys out of my firehouse are the true brotherhood. we are "THE BEST OF THE BEACH" and "THE BIG 3" are company works hard in tranning all of are guys to think and act. its great to have the best officers and older guys with the know how to teaching and trainning us. i thank god after every call that the trainning i get from the guys helped me go home to my faimly and they do to. there is a saying that is on the wall at "the Rock" FDNY that say
LET NO MAN'S GHOST COME BACK TO SAY "MY TRAINING LET ME DOWN"
thats why we need it.
