Professional Qualifications:: Halterman & Associates, CFO, Vern holds a career his entire life in IT. He is the most trained and skilled in radio communications, however, he has also done SAR since the 70's as have I. Trainers in the fields of communications and emergency services. US Naval Sea Cadet Corp, trainer in the Central Coast Division. EMT services offered as well as armed or unarmed security at local events. Photography also includes ID photos and cards being made for security purposes.

Bio:: Started Halterman & Associates, due to a high call for training. California being the hardest state to get a concealed weapon permit in. Private security assignments, tower building and maintenance as it applies to radio communications.
