Halterman & Associates, CFO, Vern holds a career his entire life in IT. He is the most trained and skilled in radio communications, however, he has also done SAR since the 70's as have I. Trainers in the fields of communications and emergency services. US Naval Sea Cadet Corp, trainer in the Central Coast Division. EMT services offered as well as armed or unarmed security at local events. Photography also includes ID photos and cards being made for security purposes.
