Bio:
Matthew Shultz is a Volunteer Battalion Chief for Loudoun County Department of Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management. Chief Shultz has previously served at the Fire Chief for Arcola-Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department for 8 years. Chief Shultz is an adjunct fire instructor for the State of Virginia, Department of Fire Programs, and has completed the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy in 2010. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigator Virginia and West Virginia Chapters, National Fire Academy Alumni Association, National Society of Executive Fire Officers, and International Association of Fire Service Instructors.
