Bio:
my father was in the fire service for 32 years and i was sorta born with the fire gene you could say. i am a volunteer with a local department. we have 75 plus firefighters on the roster, but about 60% of those are under the age of 23. i am one of the senior firefighters on the department i help the officers come up with training topics and plans.

Thank you! I have never had it hit someone close to me, but I see how many people it does effect and I feel a need to help out. The fact that people are now recovering is just amazing and seeing that, shows the research is helping:)

just wanted to say god bless the familys of the 2 Colrain Twp. (Ohio) firefighters that lost there lives this morning at a structure fire.
