Where firefighters come to talk training

We all know the importance of adding stress into our training. Firefighter Brendan Lorson with Norfolk Fire Rescue, Norfolk VA completes a late night pump drill. Besides being caught off guard, he performed flawlessly. Get out of the comfort zone and train under stressful conditions.
