I think that officer development is the the missing link in all this survival stuff so I know what you are saying when it comes down to fubar. Officers make the things go right or wrong on the fire ground and I believe we need to look at this mor closely in this business

If you're going to FDIC we have CSF meet and greet for a beer on TUESDAY nite of that week. location to be announced. What do you guys do for officer development? How many members do you get on the first due alarm?
