    I hope to teach at the next FDIC as well as the next Fire Rescue International. I am currently putting together a new presentation called "Strategic Planning for Effective Training and Professional Development" and will be presenting this topic at the Performance Institute In Arlington Virginia in January. So I'm trying to ask firefighters what they think. How ldo you see your preparations for future promotions. What questions do you have? I'd like to do more than just give my perspective to get a fresh view of what those still coming up through the ranks think about their future efforts to succeed in moving up through the ranks.
