I am currently putting together a new presentation called "Strategic Planning for Effective Training and Professional Development" and will be presenting this topic at the Performance Institute In Arlington Virginia in January. So I'm trying to ask firefighters what they think. How ldo you see your preparations for future promotions. What questions do you have? I'd like to do more than just give my perspective to get a fresh view of what those still coming up through the ranks think about their future efforts to succeed in moving up through the ranks. Sorry you're having some technical difficulty. I think if you go into My Page then look for My Settings on the right you'll find an option to upload your dept. photo. You might want to make sure it is a .gif or .jpeg.

I recently accepted another job, and I no longer work for PennWell. I'm sorry I missed you in my notifications to my friends & authors. I certainly enjoyed working with you over the years and meeting Jackie.

Bobby has been kind enough to allow me to stay on the Fire Engineering community although I'm no longer working with the fire service. I do hope to stay in touch with my friends and authors.

If there's anything else I can do for you don't hesitate to let me know. Janie Green, Fire Engineering Books' marketing coordinator, also is on this site so add her to your friends if you haven't already.
