I have been in the fire service for 9 years. I began my career at Haralson County Fire Department, as a volunteer before being hired on in 2000. I have been at the City of Bremen for 5 years now and have served as Training Officer and Engineer for the department. Also serve as instructor for GSAR Task Force 6

    I think that officer development is the the missing link in all this survival stuff so I know what you are saying when it comes down to fubar. Officers make the things go right or wrong on the fire ground and I believe we need to look at this mor closely in this business
