Where firefighters come to talk training

FIREFIGHTER MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES

Lt. Billy Greenwood of FETC Services hosted another great show on Tap the Box that showed how and where you can find assistance to firefighters for a firefighter specific mental health issues through the Brattleboro Retreat's Uniformed Services Program that deals with stress, alcohol / drug abuse, emotional and firefighter suicide. Take a few minutes to listen or pass it to a brother/sister who is struggling.

Great leaders lead... sometimes during that time we need to deal with difficult issues. Are you going to step up and lead or just fall back and follow?

Hey we see alot of bad stuff in this profession. Some people handle it and others.... well no so much. So if you are one of them or know of brothers and sisters who are struggling here is an option.

Not many programs that are specific to our profession, that is what makes this one unique.
