Where firefighters come to talk training

As most of us Budget Time is starting for the next year , I just submitted my prelim to my Board maintaining my present budgets, So the Board informed last Night that i need to take 1 Truck out of Service to save costs on Fuel and maint. Now mind you we are a Volunteer Dept. So seeing this i took my one Utility truck Out , will it save any money no , plus i had to limit use of the Asst. Chiefs using thier Chiefs Vehicles for Fire Calls only and Fire Dept. Business .
it's crunch time and it is affecting us all.
