Where firefighters come to talk training

Yes you heard me correct. Everyday in the US, they are assembling a new home with the similiar vertical void space hazards of that of a balloon frame structure.  Plus *** Take note brothers they are allowing a non-protected cockloft that can spread fire in the same lightweight dwelling HORIZONTALLY.

No wonder why we are seeing these house fires taking off at an explosive rate.... How about fully involved prior to the arrival of the FD in an OCCUPIED occupancy. How about working an interior room and contents fire and having the full sheets of ceiling sheetrock all start falling down on your company???

Listen in to our Fire Engineering Talk Radio show called "Tap the Box" as Host Billy Greenwood and Fire Chief Kevin Gallagher discuss these new building construction hazards.  Also view some of the pictures of past fires as we posted them as a training aide on FB.

It is time to get serious about building construction.
