Where firefighters come to talk training

Does anyone out there have a policy on how cold or how hot is can be for training? I am in discussions on this with our Union and it seems that everyone interprets heat and cold differently.

Our Policy is simple Depending on the Humidity and heat index, Training is based on the warnings issued , as far as cold weather we train outside as long as it is not snowing nor below 20 degrees.
Thanks for you help.

What does your Occupational Health and Safety say about hot & cold weather training?   Let me see what we have at our department and I will get back to you.  I believe we go by OH & S but not 100%
