Where firefighters come to talk training

I was wondering how many of you took sessions at FDIC that dealt with the dangers of toxic gases at fire scenes (CO and HCN) or on how to manage your air?

In addition, the Cyanide Poisoning Treatment Coalition (CPTC) in conjunction with www.firesmoke.org was giving away a free DVD that included the videos Aftermath and Out of Air.

The videos star such fire service luminaries as Ron Schnepp, Dr. Mike McEvoy, Bobby Halton, Mike Gagliano, John Norman, Alan Brunacini, John Mittendorf...

With fire deaths going down for the second, straight year, this one should be a no-brainer.

Wear your air.
