SCBA Cylinders - Does anyone use the SCI Cylinders? Is it really a 30 year Cylinder?

My department currently uses Scott 4500 psi cylinders, we have some 30 minute and some 60 minute. We are considering going to 45 minute cylinders. And are looking at SCI as an alternative to Scott cylinders to save a little and maybe use their custom labelling since we respond with 2 other departments that also use Scott. I would like to hear what you think. Is SCI worth the money? Is there really such a thing as a 30 year cylinder?
