Where firefighters come to talk training

Shore Based Water Rescue

Does anyone have any short & to the point shore based SOG's or SOP's for engine company level "FIRST IN" water rescue operations? If so would you mind sharring information. Looking to re-do our current SOP & focuse on "Shore Based" "Awareness" level operations with a paractical apporach to "Operations" level. Thanks for the help.
