We make a pretty big deal about it. We recently put a new ladder into service, we transferred the American flag from the old to the new during the ceremony . We had all the guys dressed to the 9, invited city council the mayor and local press. We also carried on the tradition of mock pushing the truck into the station. We also had a plaque made with all the guys names on the job and mounted it in the cab.
