Where firefighters come to talk training

Your Passion = Your Drive To Succeed

Don't fall short of your professional goals...

Being subject to illicit leaders or co-workers that drag you down will be detrimental to your career. Those failing to realize they are the root problem are those who fail to own their attitude and ego.

It can be YOU that makes the positive change in your department, simply by reaching for your dreams, allowing your PASSION to take over.  You do not need someone's permission to train, because reaching proficiency or excellence is a sense of loving what you do!  Because someday, your life might depend on those skills you practice over and over, time after time!

Your destiny does not lie on the shoulders of your Chief, Captain, or Lieut...it is you that must own responsibility, respecting the uniform you wear everyday.

Only you can decide where you want to take your career, and if that means moving on for additional exposure...do yourself the favor and follow your dreams!

Don't let someone tell you that exposure to new ideas or training is a bad idea...because your drive at being pro-active, is your road map to success!
