Excellent video. I will get a copy of it. As far as improving it. This will sound petty but having firefighters from different regions of the country provide imput so that it can't be tagged as a "N.E." thing and thats not a deal breaker as far as I'm concerned. Great job!

This is a great video and a great community tool. I plan to include it on our department's Web site, with the hope of producing one of our own covering the same info. Nice job.
